Pricing depends on the type of retouching, whether instructions are provided, deadlines, busy periods, and order volume. Please share the details via the contact form and we will send you a quote.
Can you handle rush jobs? ＋
Yes — we accommodate rush jobs whenever possible to fit your tight production schedule. For dramatically shortened deadlines or work requiring overtime from our retouchers, a rush surcharge may apply, which we will quote separately. Please reach out and we'll work something out.
Do you take orders on weekends or late nights? ＋
Yes. Retouch Ink operates 365 days a year, so we can handle urgent revisions and retouching on weekends, holidays, and overnight. Whether you need retouching immediately after a shoot or a delivery by Monday morning, please get in touch.
How do I place an order? ＋
First-time orders: please send your photos and an instruction sheet bundled in a single folder via the contact form. If your data exceeds the form's upload limit, let us know and we'll send a private upload link by email. For repeat clients we can communicate directly via Slack, email, or LINE for a smoother workflow.
How should I provide retouching instructions? ＋
Text-only instructions are easy to misinterpret, so we recommend sharing reference materials such as before/after comparisons of past work, sample images of the desired finish, or annotated PDFs marked directly on the photo. Our team will follow up to clarify anything that needs more detail.
Can we sign an NDA before placing an order? ＋
Yes. Please email us your preferred NDA template and we will sign and return it.
Do you offer revisions after delivery? ＋
Yes — up to two rounds of revisions are included free of charge as long as the requests fall within the original scope. Work beyond the original brief may incur additional fees.
How does payment work? ＋
We invoice at the end of each month with payment due the following month, by bank transfer. Other arrangements can be discussed. New clients and sole proprietors are generally asked to pay in advance.
